Hey everyone I don’t know who will see this. Sometimes I think when I post things it’s to a couple of die-hard fans coupled with a bunch of friends. Some fair weather, some foul weather, some who just pretend to be friends or don’t care... but either way I need to do it. Share it with you because who else will? If you want to make something of your dreams it’s up to you to make it happen. I used to dream really big!!!! Now I just dream in increments and that’s all I can ask for in my soul and body. To keep dreaming even if the light got a little dimmer over the years. I thank my body for bringing creativity to me. I thank my heart for never giving up. I thank my mind for expanding and holding onto the good memories and disregarding the bad ones when tho sometimes they try to creep their way in when I’m distracted. I also thank the people who employ me to keep me afloat. The one's who buy my music and art!!! I love those people especially. ;) The ones who hold their promises and keep their word. It hasn’t been easy. I am still learning not to fall for everyone. I don’t want to name names but friends, we need to remind eachother that although their are good people in this world they’re so many bad ones and you have to keep an eye out because most people live their life unconsciously. If you are like me, trying to live mindfully. Please, trust your gut. I know it's hard but it's things like sharing yourself people who are receptive to it that help us stand strong even after all the strife. I made this video on a rainy day last month. I spent 14 hours taking pictures and by the end my eyes were like zombified. It was great because it was pain but there was so much gain! I focused so wonderfully it was almost like a meditation. And the next month I spent editing it over and over again. So many times I got frustrated and almost gave up! But with my friends support, the ones who my gut tells me to stay in touch with and to reach out to I made it through to it's full completion and I’m so proud of it. So with all this said I hope you get a chance to check it out and appreciate something silly like this. I hope it inspired you and I hope one day I could come to your town wherever you are and play it for you. I want to play all my songs for you. I want to tour again so bad. I miss the open road. I miss meeting new people for moments at a time making people smile with my music and art. If you get a chance to see it maybe that means that one day there is hope for me to come to you and if only I could get a million hits, buy a van and hop on the road... Yeah! That sounds so nice and it's making me feel like maybe I AM dreaming big again after all. I hope you love “To Be Loved By You” because I really do.

Fire

In the glow of the fire I can see our future in its sparks.
While we sleep, the air will gently blow and the breeze will heighten our dreams.
All the leaves have paved a path for us now, so lets go and never look back.
I see freedom in the fire and the flame lingers on inside our beating hearts.

My punk band

My old band is back together and we are playing our third show this year!!

No, not the Freelance Whales, but the band I was in pre-FLW, we were called (are called) Rementia. Can you say it with me? Rem-en-itia and we are back with a vengeance. We know our name sounds weird but we hope that with a little adjusting you'll get used to it. We wrote our music when politics began to mean something to us. Our music is political, diverse and empowering.

We hope that on our second go at it we will see all of your beautiful faces in the crowd singing along to our songs, which by the way are now 13 years old!

Once we get these next few shows out of our system we plan on sitting down and writing new ones. And we all know there's SO much that needs to be said and we can't wait to get it out of our systems! Please come down to Gussys on March 5, 2016 at 8pm.

I guess I wasn't done making the most of my "free" time, so I decided to put the word out there and find some local Halloween enthusiasts to help me build a pop-up haunted house. I searched the bowels of craigslist, accepted donations, began building and soon enoughI found a team of artists and builders that helped make it all happen.

New World Queens Festival

With the help of A LOT of friends, and experience from helping with the festival last year,

I had the chance to organize a local music and art festival that had 3 1/2 music stages,

a dance stage for kids, an art "island"- which featured some of the best artists of Astoria,

lots of good food, and there was even a karaoke tent!

Three years in the making so I am really excited about this, I'm going to keep making music and eventually when I have enough cash saved I'll make my moves over to a "real" studio, For now take a listen. I wrote and recorded these songs all alone, in my room. Enjoy!

When my best friend Louden Noxious asked for some help recording the music and video to his parody of Rick James' super Freak, I couldn't help but smile and pull out my phone. We went to my roof, then the Greek parade, some local Greek super markets too. This was too much fun! Who says you can't make a video on your phone! Here's proof that anything is possible!

The truth about exes.

It's sad when you want to tell someone they're wrong but they've gone off the deep end. They'e just too stubborn to listen and haven't even tried to understand you. You feel hurt, disappointed, and tired of trying because you don't want them to suck the life out of you anymore. They're delusions have got you remembering the word pride and because you have no control over their attitude or actions you've got to let them go. A little voice in your head tells you that your time is precious and soon you begin painting your life without them in it. You realize this can't happen anymore but are happy it did because you've learned an important lesson- that you owe yourself a stress free life. One without force or worries, and one where you feel complete without the approval of your that person trying to bring you down. This is the truth about being connected to yourself, this is the truth about exes.

With a little imagination you can do anything!

She comes around. And 

I'm addicted to her.

Never could quite cut her out of my life.

My grip is fierce from all the work.

Swish her all in-between my fingers. 

I love squeezing her.
